We are hiring for the following part-time positions throughout Genesee, Bay and Lapeer Counties:

Group Homes – Assist developmentally disabled adults in a home setting, providing support with activities of daily living. Shifts needed are from 6 AM – 2 PM, 2 PM – 10 PM and 10 PM – 6 AM.

Community Support Services – Help individuals increase self-sufficiency and build life skills in varied community settings. Shifts offered between 9am – 3pm. Genesee County only.

Children’s Respite – We will match you up with a child with special needs living at home with their family or guardian. Offer one-on-one support and companionship while providing a break for the caregiver. Shifts are generally after school, early evening and weekend hours.

Supported Independence Program – Assist individuals with mental illness and developmental disabilities living on their own in an apartment community setting.

Full-time positions currently available:

Management Trainee – Receive management training while providing residential services to individuals with developmental disabilities and mental illness. Position includes direct care responsibilities. Ideal candidate will possess at least one year relevant experience. Preference will be given to individuals with at least two years of college credits in the Human Services/Healthcare/Education fields.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor resident’s overall wellness
  • Documentation
  • Meal preparation
  • Teaching household management
  • Medical monitoring
  • Supervision

We require that you be at least 18 years of age, possess a high school diploma or GED and possess a valid Michigan driver’s license.
